| directions | General Cleaning: 4 x {pump} per 5L Heavily Soiled Areas: 9 x {pump} per 5L Spray Cleaning: 2 x {pump{ per 500ml Floors: Remove all soilage form the floor. Apply the solution at the required dilution with a mop. Allow the solution to penetrate for up to 5 minutes before cleaning and rinsing Work Surfaces and Walls: Cover or remove and food products and remove all loose soilage. Apply the solution at the required dilution with sponge, cloth, scouring pad or trigger spray bottle. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to dry. Deep Fat Fryers: Turn off fryer, drain oil and remove sediment with hot water. Dilute at 500ml per 5 litres of water (10%w/w) or 16 x [pump symbol] Heat solution for 10-15 minutes, but DO NOT BOIL. Drain, rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry. Spray Cleaning: Diluet 1:10-50ml per 500ml water or 2 x {pump} per 500ml water | ||
